Mini pleat filters tend to be used in situations where higher filtration levels than normal are required. The new technology is much more efficient than older versions. The product is cost-efficient, taking up less space but providing just as much filter media, and having a long lifespan.

Polypropylene mini pleat filter media uses ultrasonic melting and hot-melt fibre adhesive technology to bond different layers of material together, enhancing physical or chemical performance of filtration media. They can be widely used in pleated filters. The filters are strong and resilient, and because less pressure is required for airflow, the product will last longer and store more dust.

It has got flat appearance and high intensity.

Due to its High stiffness, it can be easily pleated.

At the condition of reaching the same efficiency, the resistance of the material decreases by 20%.
